Gail Kavanagh, CEO of Treasure Coast Builders' Association, was recently named "Outstanding Woman of the Year 2009" by Florida Business & Professional Women's Club of Fort Pierce. Nominated by Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Lucie, Gail was recognized for her commitment and dedication to the children throughout the county. Mrs. Kavanagh stated "it's truly an honor."
