Rev up your weekend at New Hendry County Speedway

With six weeks of locals racing at the New Hendry County Speedway, it is now time to have another thrilling Central Sheds & Trailer's sponsored race.The first leg of the sponsored race brought out almost 100 cars and the grandstand area was filled to capacity.The huge payout was the draw, however, with Limited Late Models, Sportsman and Street Stock all competing against each other, the adrenaline surged in everyone, including the spectators.Racers came from all areas of Florida, including as far away as St. Augustine.The second leg of the race will be on Saturday, June 9 th, including the afore mentioned racing divisions, as well as, Mini Sprints and Open Wheeled Modified cars.Local Bomber and Pure Stock Divisions will be racing as well.The racetrack is located about 70 miles from Stuart, but if there ever were a race that is worth the trip, this would be the one!Martin County and Port St. Lucie residents, mention this story and get $5.00 off admission.Racing starts at 6:30 pm on Saturdays and is located at 1001 US Hwy 27, 5 miles south of Moore Haven.General admission for adults is $15.00, and $12.00 for seniors and students, children 10 and under get in free.Check the website www.newhendrycountyspeedway.comfor more information and directions.
