STUART, FL - Are you an Artist in the local area that would like to display your art to families, friends and the community? In a continuing effort to provide outreach into the community, we are looking for our second artist to be featured at Molly's House for the months of July and August. We are also looking to fill the months of September/October and November/December with art from local artists. Artists that are interested in showing their work in the local community should contact Louise Murtaugh at 772.223.6659.
Currently on exhibit is local photographer, Terry Philhower, from Tequesta, Florida. His work in black and white and color show native wildlife and photography from other countries. His works will be on display through June 2008. Visitors can enjoy the photography daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Molly's House is a member of the Hospital Hospitality Houses and provides temporary lodging for patients and families receiving medical care on the Treasure Coast including Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Palm Beach Counties. Families by referral may stay at the house while their loved one is receiving care. Molly's House is a 501 c3 organization that runs by donations and is open 24/7 to assist families in times of a medical emergency.
