STUART, FL - Molly's Gallery is celebrating with a Champagne Reception for artist Marianna Burgund on Thursday, November 6, from 4 - 7 p.m. at Molly's Gallery, 430 SE Osceola Street.
"Our Art & Healing program has been extremely successful since its inception in September. The community has really begun to recognize our efforts and come out and support our local artists", stated Tim Kimes, President of Molly's House.
Marianna Burgund, a successful real estate broker in Martin County since '74, has always found time to express herself through various artistic modalities. From painting, interior decorating, professional flower arranging, to organizing art projects for benefits, she has a multitude of talents. Having received many requests for her work as an artist for specific subjects (i.e. portraits, animals, flowers, landscapes), Marianna has recently been working exclusively in oils and continues to expand her repertoire at the Alizarin Crimson Studio.
Ms. Burgund has been very generous in donating many of her pieces to various fundraisers in our community....and is looking forward to having her own exhibition of original oil paintings at Molly's House for the month of November 08. A portion of her sales during this exhibition will be donated to Molly's House.
Molly's Gallery is open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily to the public. No reservations needed for the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 6 from 4 - 7 p.m. Join the community in the First Thursday's and visit many local galleries who stay open on that day until 7 p.m. The Stuart Stroll is November 6 beginning at 6 p.m. so stop by Molly's Gallery first then visit the shops in downtown Stuart.
