Eating good in Florida does not seem to be a problem, every where you turn you see another restaurant popping up. When recently after an event I photographed my friends told me to meet them at Pusateri's, I was ready to walk into just another corner pizza joint. Pusateri's is anything but just an average pizza pallor though.
When you first walk in off the street you enter an authentic pizzeria from years ago and are immediately encapsulated in the friendliness of the Pusateri family. Pam and her crew cook up a wondrous pizza that is pure Chicago, with ingredients shipped fresh from the Windy City and cooked to the 'family' recipe.
Of course the family offers more then just pizza on its menu and I challenge you to find one that you don't just love. When I was in recently I found myself wondering down the hall to the back parking lot looking at all the Chicago memorabilia that the family has gathered and proudly displays.
I am even now planning my next trip into Stuart just to eat their homemade, dishes, and revel in service the way it should be.
