BodyLogix Fitness and Performance Center is pleased to announce it has been chosen as a network provider for America's Healthchoice, Metcare and Vista Medicare's "Forever Fit Program". This program allows individuals to participate in healthy lifestyle and fitness activities at no cost to them. Participants of the "Forever Fit Program" simply present their insurance card upon first entering the facility for verification. Participants do not need a doctors referral to take advantage of the program as it is a paid benefit as part of their healthcare plan.
