Hot Shot Basketball Rocks

Hot Shot Basketball continues to be a popular program in Port St. Lucie. Co-sponsored by the Police Athletic League and the Parks and Recreation Department, the event requires shooters to make as many shots as they can from designated "hot spots" on the court.

The latest competition was held on Thursday, October 22 at the Minsky Gym.
Winners in their age divisions were:
Taylor Wagner, age 11
Justin Nichols, age 14
Vinny Pekim, age 16

Each winner received a new basketball and a PAL Sports tee-shirt. The next Hot Shot event is scheduled for Thursday, November 19 at 3:00 pm at the Minsky Gym in Port St. Lucie.
