PSLAA has the program for you. Join the most exciting football/cheerleading program in Port St Lucie with over 700 participants. Residency in PSL is not required.

Port St Lucie Athletic Association Youth Football and Cheerleading program is gearing up for yet another awesome year. Fall registration for 5- 15 yr old football players and 4-15 cheerleaders will be held on July 19, 26 and August 2nd from 9am to 1pm at RD McCorkle Field, Sportman's Park West, on the corner of Irving and Marion Streets.

The objective of the association is to implant firmly in the children of the community, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.

The prices for registration are $130 for tackle football (8-15 yr olds), $90 for cheerleaders (8-15 yr olds), $75 for both flag football and cheerleading. Athletes receive all that is necessary (except for personal items) to play including helmet, pants pads, shoulder pads, chin and mouth guard. Cheerleaders receive a full uniform (Skirt and top) Registration also includes secondary insurance, a memory mate photograph, and an experience that will last a lifetime.

Have you been playing computer games all summer??? Conditioning camp is available for weeks July 21-24 and July 28-31 from 6-8pm @$20 per week. This will surely get you ready to play. Signups are required at registration.

Practices and games are scheduled at our football complex or school practice sites in and around the park. Our program is large enough so that we do not have to travel....and with the price of gasoline, this is a great feature. All games are played on Saturday, starting on September 13th for 10 power-packed weeks. Our youth play Florida High School Football Rules which will prepare them for their high school years.

A Competition Squad will be selected from all registered cheerleaders 10-15 years old. Tryouts will be announced.

What is required? A parent or guardian with a Florida ID or driver license, athletes birth certificate (first year in program only) and the required fee. Returners are encouraged to sign up ASAP as divisions fill up fast and there is no guarantee of a spot. There is a maximum number of players on each team... don't be disappointed, sign up early.
