TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY!
Come and meet new friends and work together to lose those extra pounds the healthy way. No matter what diet plan you are following TOPS is a gatering place of friends who are there to motivate and support you on your weight loss journey.
We meet Fridays at the Brevard County Library in Barefoot Bay on Ron Beatty Boulevard. From 10:30 - 11:30.
