Jean Sanders: Fine Art Daily - Painting Challenge
Every day, after eight or so hours at my day job, I will ignore my Best Beloved and the children (the Pouting Princess and Tall Boy) and I will go into my studio and will paint a small piece which I will then post for sale. All the paintings will be priced at $50.00 - a veritable bargain for original fine art that is matted and highly suitable for framing and prominent placement on your wall. Stop by daily to see the new work! Early in 2007 a wizard friend will be designing a website for me that will make it so much easier for you to see the new art. Until then, please email me at: fineartdaily@yahoo.com. Please remember that all the images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without permission.

What a week. Lots of deadlines, tests, the PSATs and a boat show coming up. This bottle of olives is not what it seems. Although I embraced the notion of consuming a martini with my parental units - I did not have an olive. Rather, this is a bottle of snacks for the Tall Boy. Still, the symbolism is rather appealing. Thank heavens for the weekend.
Tomorrow we travel to Vero Beach to the Book Center to meet Brian Jacques, one of Tall Boy's favorite authors. Very exciting to meet writers. I always enjoy the annual Book Mania at the Blake Library where so many fab writers come to Florida to get the sun and spread the glow of literature and words.
Please email me first at:fineartdaily@yahoo.com to ask about the painting and to
receive daily updates. First come, first serve. (Don't know how to link you directly to my email, so write it down until I figure it out.) Visit my slightly updated website:

Tall boy shows good taste in olives, as long as he stays away from the black olives, which siome of us dislike. Isn't it a pleasure to hear of a young person who loves words and has personal author choices?
