Blog Entry 44 of 75 Jean Sanders: Fine Art Daily - Painting Challenge

Every day, after eight or so hours at my day job, I will ignore my Best Beloved and the children (the Pouting Princess and Tall Boy) and I will go into my studio and will paint a small piece which I will then post for sale. All the paintings will be priced at $50.00 - a veritable bargain for original fine art that is matted and highly suitable for framing and prominent placement on your wall. Stop by daily to see the new work! Early in 2007 a wizard friend will be designing a website for me that will make it so much easier for you to see the new art. SOLD!!!

Here is yesterday's promised kitty and yet more Shelton hydrangeas. This was a very sweet cat who had her own ideas about where I should sleep. She was very kind in sharing her warmth. And in the morning she showed me her sunny bedroom perch. You have already seen the view from her window.

I love the way your kitty's eyes stand out in this one...and the color scheme is beautiful. Well done!

This artist makes the cat come alive as she always with flowers. We said it before and we say it again: we wish we could paint in watercolors. Maybe things would have been different if we had more easel time back in kindergarten.
