Plein Air and Studio art work of the sea,land and flowers. I am an oil painter and teacher in the Stuart and Hobe Sound areas. Painting with the Treasure Coast Plein Air group. The work you will see are completed paintings in oil on canvas, and canvas board.Some of the Paintings are created with palette knife and brush.

Carol Kepp, local artist /instructor will feature her work and her students work at JayMar from Aug. 24 thru Sept 26 at the Jay Mar Gallery located in the back of the store.

Come see the wonderful work these artist have created under the guidence of Carol in there classes, held at Jay Mar and Hobe Sound Fine Arts League.

These students were beginners, some never had a brush in there hand before takeing a oil painting class. The follow -me method helps a beginner learn how to mix color, apply paint to the canvas and do an underpainting before starting on the final work.
