It's Food Friday - and more important - it is Oscar Wilde's 155th birthday!

Tasty Salad Dressing

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper

A bowl of triple-washed greens

Mix all the ingredients in an old, washed, recycled mayonnaise jar, and pour judiciously over your salads. The jar will not look pretty on your table, but it is tastes much better than Wish Bone. And think of our carbon footprints! Charles is a little worried about the sugar, but Camilla is urging him to broaden his horizons. Plus, we have all the ingredients in the cabinet. We do not have the Duchy's resources for extra special organic mustard seed, and this will be the perfect accompaniment to the smoking hot pizza that Best Beloved will be shoveling out of the oven in a few minutes. Wowser.
