BREAST CANCER SURVIVORSHIP PROGRAM

What:	So... you've been treated for breast cancer. Now what? Join an innovative 6-session Breast Cancer Survivorship Program called, "Moving On: Life After Breast Cancer." Learn how to maximize health, longevity and quality of life after breast cancer treatment. Survivors should be at least 6 months post-active treatment, have survived Stage I, II or III, and be able to commit to all six sessions. Call Tricia Tran at the Sari Asher Center for Integrative Cancer Care for eligibility and enrollment. Free of charge. Open to female and male survivors from Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties.
