Dave Derrenbacker, managing broker for Water Pointe Realty Group, is pleased to announce his partnership with Debra Duvall. Together, Dave and Debra will be opening the third Water Pointe office, which will be located on Sewall's Point. Opening this boutique office will allow Debra to continue to call Sewall's Point home.

Debra is arguably one of the most successful real estate agents on the Treasure Coast and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Water Pointe. As a shareholder with Water Pointe Realty Group, Debra will assist Dave in growing the company; however her dedicated attention to her clients by providing them with the highest level of service will remain her primary focus. Dave will continue to reside in the downtown Stuart office while remaining the managing broker for both offices.

Between them, Dave and Debra have a very impressive philanthropic resume. Debra currently serves as president of the Economic Council, while Dave chairs the board of directors for The Realtor Association of Martin County. Debbie and Dave have a combined 36 years of experience in the local real estate business and in the recent past, both have been independently honored to have been named Realtor of the Year. Both are long time residents of Martin County and both are dedicated to giving back to the community.
