Preschool Hosts Their First iMom Breakfast

First Presbyterian Preschool hosted their first iMom Breakfast on Tuesday, March 24th. The Moms and children were treated to a breakfast of egg casseroles, fruit, muffins and breads provided by the board and the staff. While they munched on healthy foods they viewed an iMom powerpoint presentation about "Eating Their Way to the Top." The children and their Moms received a food pyramid game and discussion cards to use at home. The children continued learning about the food pyramid in class with their teachers. The Moms finished the breakfast with a presentation about spiritual health as an important component of a complete health plan.
