First Presbyterian Preschool's Easter Hat Parade
Contributed by: Denise Emmick on 4/16/2009

There were lots of beautiful bonnets and fun hats at First Presbyterian Preschool's annual Easter Hat Parade. The children create their hats at home and show them off in a parade down the center aisle at the start of our annual Easter Program.
The students sang songs and recited a class Bible memory verse as part of the program. Shirley Saunders shared a short message about the meaning of Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection for our personal lives. Coco Milberger was a guest of honor. She is the chair person for the mission committee of First Presbyterian Church which is so supportive of the school.
Everyone enjoyed refreshments together after the program. The students also had a lot of fun during their egg hunt on the playground before their Easter vacation.
