WIN SCHOLARSHIP TO IRSC THROUGH BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION
The first place winner of the Business Plan Competition sponsored by the Indian River State College Business and Technology Incubator will win a one-year scholarship to IRSC and a one-year membership to the Martin County Chamber of Commerce. The contest is open to college students and high school juniors and seniors on the Treasure Coast. The second place winner will receive a one semester scholarship to IRSC.
The first and second place winners may have the opportunity to implement their business plan with access to an office in the IRSC Business Incubator, where they will be mentored by the Incubator director and other IRSC faculty.
"The Business Plan Competition will reward students for excellence in business plan preparation and presentation for a creative new business venture," said Karen Schreiner, Director of the IRSC Incubator.
Business plan entries will be due at the end of January, and the winners will be announced at an Awards Luncheon in February. For more information or to register for the competition, contact Karen Schreiner at (772) 419-5690 or
