On Thursday, April 17, 2008, at the Ramada Inn, the Christian Business Fellowship of Martin County welcomed
Dr. Darrell Orman, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Stuart.
The guests were privileged to see and hear the famed "Miracle Cross" that
Pastor Orman has presented World-Wide. It was no surprise that guests were impressed with the message and the technique that
Pastor Orman uses. Furthermore,
Pastor Orman requested that members pray for his daughter, and her work as an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) disaster relief worker in South Asia. For more information on Global efforts of the NGO's worldwide, please see:

At the conclusion of the luncheon there was also an offering collected for a mother desperately in need to support her son with cancer. This opportunity was presented by our luncheon hostess,
Audrey Ballantyne the General Manager of the Ramada Inn in Stuart, Florida on U.S. Hwy One. The woman had called in to the local Christian Radio Station WCNO in Palm City, Florida unable to find assistance. founded in August 2004....We are a group of individuals with the mission statement that reflects the need to encourage the establishment and growth of businesses with in the body of Christ Church. This will be accomplished by five objectives: prayer, fellowship, networking, education / seminars, and the commitment to integrity in all that we do. Every activity and meeting will be driven by these five items. All participants will pledge to conduct themselves in accordance with the Word of God. Always a great speaker and local Christian events that you and/or your business can participate in."
