Dr. Inge Ford, Dental Director and Todd Reinhold, Environmental Health Supervisor at the Martin County Health Department recently completed leadership training through the Public Health Leadership Institure of Floirda. The institute is part of the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida.

Both Dr. Ford and Reinhold completed a one year program designed to enhance the leadership abilities of individuals who work to improve health in our communities.

Dr. Ford and Reinhold were selected to participate in the course following an application process directed by the University of South Florida.

The course led Dr. Ford and Reinhold to several venues around the state for observation and covered numerous aspects of leadership including project management and development, media training and policy advocacy.
