No one ever did anything like this for me!

In November 2005 I was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). I immediately was admitted to Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. This may not be considered romantic, but my husband, Jon, stayed with me the entire time I was hospitalized (25 days). Plus when my hair started to fall out, he shaved his hair off with me at the barber shop in the hospital and kept shaving it until my hair started to grow in. I don't know how I would have made it through this without him by my side.
