3rd ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT & 5th ANNUAL WINE TASTING & BUSINESS NETWORKING EVENT

When: Thursday, August 20, 2009. Breakfast for golfers at 7:00a, golf and lunch 8a - 2p. Wine Tasting, from 5:30p-8:30p and VIP "back-stage" event.

Where: The Champions Club at Summerfield on U.S. One, in Stuart, FL.

What: The "Hot Caribbean Night" (island attire encouraged) celebration will exceed last year's 68 different wines, and will feature food pairings from a number of local restaurants, music by the Island Steel Band, a silent auction, raffle and networking opportunity for the entire community. Try wines that are organic, exotic carambola wine, and the wares of four other wineries, as well as delicious food from area restaurants. Wear your Caribbean best and enjoy steel drum music. And bid on silent auction items from a custom diamond ring, to sports items, to small guitars signed by Willie Nelson.

Highlights: Here's your chance to play the links at Summerfield's Champions Club - where a hole-in-one could win you a brand new Toyota from John Pierson's Toyota of Stuart. The 18-hole "Champions Club" course at the Champions Club at Summerfield facility in Stuart, Florida features 6,809 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.8 and it has a slope rating of 131 on grass. Designed by Thomas Fazio, ASGCA, the Champions Club golf course opened in 1994.

For more information: The 4-person scramble is $100pp, with an option to purchase a $130pp ticket that includes the wine tasting. The wine tasting event cost is $35pp, in advance, $40pp at the door, and $75pp VIP tickets that allow for back stage wine and food pairings. Each ticket includes one (1) raffle ticket.
