Out-of-state college student in Florida for 'real world'

Jupiter, Fla. (July 2, 2008) - From a competitive pool of aspiring public relations candidates, Regan Communications Group - one of the nation's largest public relations firms - announced its selection for the company's competitive summer internship program.

Lindsay Bennett, of Woodstock, Georgia, is a senior at Clemson University in South Carolina, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism.

Bennett is assisting Regan Communications Group employees on a variety of accounts, from large corporations to local non-profit organizations. Responsibilities include researching and drafting press releases, learning and utilizing industry technologies, coordinating special events, attending client meetings, participating in staff meetings and assisting with administrative tasks.
