"Goddesses" throughout the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches raised funds for the Palm City branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County while enjoying an evening of relaxation and fun at the sixth annual Gathering of Goddesses event.
This women-only event, held on June 20 th at the Willoughby Golf Club, honored the region's heavenly ladies with a night of dinner, dancing, shopping, pampering and auctions.
Approximately 100 "Goddesses" received spa services, makeovers and psychic readings, as well as participated in the new live auction - which included bidding for men offering their services. Services included dinners prepared by state Rep. Adam Fetterman and County Commissioner Doug Smith, shooting lessons from Congressman Tom Rooney's area director Stephen Leighton and a Marsh Harbour trip donated by local engineer Rick Creech.
"We are absolutely thrilled with the results of this year's Gathering of Goddesses," said Stacy Ranieri, the event's co-chairwoman. "We had the best turnout ever in terms of number of guests, as well as participation by vendors and service providers. 'Goddesses' is quickly becoming the must-attend event for women on the Treasure Coast!"
Event sponsors included First Bank and Trust of Indiantown; Blooming Deals Consignment Shop; Treasure Coast Urgent and Family Care; BankUnited; FPL; the Heylmun Family; Women in the Environment; the Law Offices of Jean Laws Scott; and Bridge Financial. In-Kind donors include: The Firefly Group; InHouse Advertising; Lucido & Associates; and the Main Event, Inc.
