Nationally known motivational speaker Tommy Nugent visited three Martin County middle schools in September to encourage and inspire students with a dynamic presentation. Tommy conducts leadership seminars on campuses coast to coast to discuss how developing leadership skills can help prevent youth from engaging in risky and unhealthy behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse and bullying. The appearance was sponsored by Tykes and Teens Prevention Services in conjunction with the Project Northland Curriculum.
