Martin Volunteers elects two new board members

Kathy Brown and Amber Ducote were recently elected to the Martin Volunteers Advisory Board.

Brown, a Palm City resident and long-time RSVP volunteer, will act as secretary, while, Ducote, a Stuart resident and talented graphic designer at Tara Biek Creative, will join the marketing committee.

"We are so excited that these two ladies have joined our board and will help us to promote volunteerism through their collective marketing experience," Board President Tom Weiksnar said.

Martin Volunteers, a United Way of Martin County program, is the gateway to civic engagement, with opportunities at more than 100 nonprofit and public agencies.
