FRIED PIZZA???

1 lb. Pizza dough (I use dough from Brooklyn, New York)
1 Can Cento Pizza Sauce
Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil

Defrost Pizza Dough and cover with towel to rise.

Put 1/4" of oil in frying pan.

Take Pizza Dough and divide into pieces. Stretch dough into miniature pizza and drop intohot oil. Lightly brown on both sides, approximately 2 minutes.

Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel. Top with pizza sauce and grated cheese.

Quick and Easy.
