THE ITALIAN CHEF - BARBECUED SIRLOIN STEAK

2 lbs. sirloin steak
1 medicum red or green pepper, chopped
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce with basil
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Season steak with salt and pepper. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak and place in a ziplock bag. Let marinage in refrigerator overnight.
Broil or grill to desired doneness.
