ITALIAN STYLE ROASTED CHICKEN

1 whole chicken cut in pieces or 6 chicken breasts cut in serving size pieces.
1 package of Good Seasons Italian salad dresssing
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup cannola oil
2 tsp. water

Mix Good Seasons dressing with vinegar, oil and water. Marinate chicken pieces in marinade mixture for approximately 2 hours or overnight.

Arrange chicken in shallow pan and roast in a 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve with Vigo Saffron Yellow Rice.
