CRISPY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup flour
1 stick melted butter
1 cup cornflake crumbs.

Preheat over to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray. I use garlic flavor.

Roll chicken breasts in flour to evenly cover all sides. Then dip the chicken in melted butter and roll in the cornflake crumbs.

Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink.

Serve with a salad of vegtable side dish.
