CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE MOLD

CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE MOLD

1 pkg. cherry Jello (3 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)
1 cup of pineapple juice - add more juice from saved crushed pineapple juice
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Cool Whip for garnish

Heat pineapple juice and disolve jello in hot jucies. Break up cranberry sauce and add to the hot juice. Chill until thickened but not set. Add crushed pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
Unmold and garnish edges with cool whip.
