MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD

2 1/2 cups Orange Juice
1 can whole Cranberry Sauce (16 oz.)
1 package of Raspberry Jello
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Chunks of orange sections for garnish, optional

In medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir the orange juice, cranberry sauce and Jello, until the Jello is dissolved. Remove from heat and chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeateen egg whites, about 30 minutes.

In medium bowl, beat cream at high speed until peaks form. Fold into the chilled Jello mixture. Pour into a mold pan. Cover and chill about 4 to 6 hours until firm.

To unmold, immerse the mold in warm water 20-30 seconds. Turn the serving plate unside down and center the mold. Carefully lift off the mold.

Garnish with orange chunks in center of mold if desired.
