After 20 years of waiting for a new Superman film, I have witnessed the most exciting Superman or any super hero film ever. From the moment the opening credits, to the music (which gave me goosebumps) to the Krypton scene, Singer kept his word and stayed true to the Donner film.
The most surprising thing was the strong resemblance to Christopher, it was as if Chris was there coaching him on. Routh nailed it, even down to the smile. Routh's acting, I feel, was flawless. When he was angry, you could feel the rage. Talking to Lois, you felt as if he was not acting but really living that moment.
The action sequences was just mind blowing, through most of them, I had to remind myself to breathe. Just amazing.
I was nervous about Kevin Spacey playing Lex, but he nailed it! He was Lex. He was not hokey, but an evil genius.
I am hoping in the next movie we will get an evil super-baddie, so we can see The Man Of Steel have a no holds barred battle with Doomsday, Metallo, or even Zod
To put it plain and simple, this movie was perfect. A+
