Karen Morrow with Next Generation Financial Services with a New Federal Program

Stuart, Florida - August 13, 2007 - Karen Lee Morrow, a loan officer and insurance professional, has completed reverse mortgage and cash flow planning training through Next Generation Financial Services, a division of 1st Mariner Bank to provide the area's senior population with an additional financial option for maintaining their financial security and independence.
Morrow is located in Next Generation Financial Services, Stuart office, and will be available to assist customers statewide. This new position will enable Morrow to work exclusively with senior adults interested in a reverse mortgage to supplement their retirement cash flow by putting their home equity to work for them.
Morrow has more than 20 years of financial experience. Prior to joining Next Generation Financial Services, she served as loan teller at Seacoast National Bank.
