Pesce presents an entertaining lesson to Christian Leaders!
Stuart , FL - On Thursday, May 21, 2009, a group of local business men and women were afforded another rare treat. The group enjoyed a motivational, inspirational, and thought-provoking message
, "Understanding Yourself and Others: Solving the Mystery of Motivation." Keith Pesce (Dynamic Human Behavior Solutions) presented a condensed version of his workshop that has been offered to hundreds of companies and churches all over the country. The enlightening exercise in personality types helped the Christian leaders of Martin County with several questions:
o
high employee/volunteer turnover?
o
interpersonal conflicts?
o
ineffective teams?
o
low productivity?
o
low morale?
o
lack of leadership development?
With over 25 years of experience in the corporate training, ministry, and education fields,
Pesce has learned that as much as 85% of success in any field is directly related to effective people skills.
Pesce's varied work experience has enabled him to gain a unique perspective that can help your organization become much more effective with people. For more information about
