Matriarch of Local PR Chapter Honored
New PR Council Announced
Honoring the past and celebrating the future, the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) invites you to join them as they honor PR matriarch Virginia Moulton, APR, CPRC and announce the establishment of the Indian River Council on Thursday, October 25 at 5:30 p.m.
Founded in 1984 and organized by Vero Beach resident Virginia Moulton, the 65-member Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) serves the needs of public relations professionals in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties with the goals of advancing the profession of public relations, promoting high professional and ethical standards and building the reputation of the profession on the Treasure Coast.
The Indian River Council was established in 2007 as a branch of the Treasure Coast Chapter and is specifically designed to offer the Indian River County business community, public relations practitioners and FPRA members the opportunity to meet quarterly in Vero Beach on issues of local interest. The new Council will conduct a professional development opportunity and community service project in 2008, according to Council organizer Laura Kelley, APR.

Cost is $30 per person and includes cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and will be held at The Moorings Club, located at 100 Harbor Drive. You may reserve by phone and pay at the door with checks made payable to FPRA.
