Members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals are grateful to Comerica Bank for the opportunity to thank all of the sponsors and nominees of National Philanthropy Day®. Comerica is sponsoring the pre-event champagne reception at Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club on October 21, 2008.
Nearly one-hundred guests will be on hand at this special event to honor National Philanthropy Day® sponsors and nominees for all the philanthropic accomplishments this past year. Nominations were accepted in the following categories: Individual Philanthropist, Volunteer Fundraiser, Corporate Philanthropist, Small Business Philanthropist, Group Supporting Philanthropy, Youth in Philanthropy, Youth Group in Philanthropy, and Unsung Hero.
The honorees for each category will receive their awards at the National Philanthropy Day® Luncheon on November 13 at the Tesoro Country Club. The Martin County Community Foundation will be the presenting sponsor for the 2008 National Philanthropy Day® Awards Luncheon.
