GIVE THE GIFT OF SAFETY

Don't know what to get the boater in your life?

Have a boater under 22 years of age that needs the Florida State Boaters card to legally operate a boat?

Know someone that is new to boating or just needs a refresher?

Always wanted to take a course yourself but just haven't gotten around to it?

The Coast Guard Auxiliary in Fort Pierce has a solution to your problem! Gift Certificates are now available for our one-day boating safety courses in 2009!


The Gift Certificate is $36.00 which covers the cost of materials. The About Boating Safely book, a copy of the Federal as well as State Rules and Regulations and many other boating safety guides and information will be provided at the start of each course.


Course is conducted by United States Coast Guard Auxiliary certified instructors. Successful completion of the course will earn attendee a State of Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card.

Courses for 2009 are:

Jan 17........ Feb 21
Mar 21....... Apr 18
May 9........ Jun 20
Jul 18 ........Aug 15
Sep 19.......Oct 17
Nov 21

Certificates can only be used at Flotilla 58 in Fort Pierce at 1400 Seaway Drive
