CREATIVE CATERING MAKES A STAND IN ST. LUCIE WEST!

A brand new catering facility is opening at the SpringHill Suites by Marriot in beautiful St. Lucie West on January 1, 2007 called Creative Catering. This full service facility is an expansion of the well known and casual up-scale restaurant, the "West End Grill."

Just as the West End Grill is family owned and operated by Nancy and Steve Huszar and their son Andrew, Creative Catering will be the same - only better - with the addition of their daughters Karyn and Kristy. Karyn is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, as is Andrew. Karyn will function as the Event Coordinator, facilitating the one-on-one meetings, planning and booking of events. Kristy has an MBA and is a Vice President of Torre Lazur-McCann, a pharmaceutical marketing company. Kristy will oversee Creative Caterings' marketing, advertising, and business finances. The name Creative Catering was derived from the talented and creative staff that was hired by the Huszar's.

In recent months the West End Grill has been inundated with requests for hosting birthday parties, business meetings, social luncheons and large dinner parties. "Because of the limited size of the restaurant and our popularity, it is often difficult to accommodate many of these requests," states Steve. Then, as fate would have it, Julie Andrews, General Manager of the SpringHill Suites called the West End Grill to inquire if they would be interested in operating a catering facility from their hotel. A "family meeting" convened and soon after a contract was drawn up and signed by the owners of the Marriot and the Huszars - sealing the deal on Creative Catering.

"We are all extremely excited," exclaims Nancy. "We are looking forward to hosting a multitude of events ranging from weddings, business meetings, social activities, and even holding cooking classes and providing elegant Sunday brunches. Off-site catering will also be offered. We will present the same high quality food we prepare and serve at the West End Grill, with the same impeccable service." The Huszars have decorated the large foyer within the facility with a fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, high-top tables, elegant wall sconces, and a meeting area to plan and book events.
