West End Grill Develops a Strategic Plan Forming Creative Catering in Saint Lucie West

Saint Lucie West, February 1, 2007-The West End Grill, Saint Lucie West's premier upscale casual dining restaurant has expanded by forming a separate entity called Creative Catering.

Creative Catering is the brainchild of Nancy and Steve Huszar, owners of the West End Grill. The new company is the result of many requests to rent out the West End grill for private parties, banquets and business meetings. Due to the popularity of the restaurant it is often difficult to honor these requests.

Seeing a need for this type of service Creative Catering was developed. Creative Catering is truly a "family affaire" employing all five of the Huszar family--Nancy, Steve, Kristy, Karyn and Andrew.

Creative Catering officially opened its doors January 1, 2007. "We were immediately inundated with requests to book parties, business meetings, baseball dinners, and weddings," states Karyn who is the Event Coordinator. "We already have several bookings into 2008."

Creative Catering will cut a ceremonial ribbon on Friday February 9, 2007 at 6:00 pm. The festivities will feature music, food, drinks and honored guests.

Creative Catering is located at the SpringHill Suites Marriott, 2000 N.W. Courtyard Circle in Saint Lucie West.
