Creative Catering a "Family Affair"

Creative Catering, a full service and custom caterer, is truly a family affair. With more than 35 years experience in the restaurant and catering business Nancy, Steve, Kristy, Karyn and Andrew Huszar work every day as a team to ensure they exceed the expectations of their guests.

Creative Catering is located within the confines of well known, popular and newly renovated SpringHill Suites Marriott in Saint Lucie West. Although Creative Catering is privately owned, "the two entities share a symbiotic relationship, says Steve, who wears many hats with the company.

The catering facility boasts1600 square feet for banquet rooms and can add another 500 Square feet with a pool-side tent. "This tent is very popular when hosting large parties or weddings," said Nancy, the company's manager. "It gives us the flexibility of putting our portable bar, a band, or extra tables pool-side."

The rest of the team at Creative Catering plays a vital role in the day to day operations. Karyn is the Executive Event Planner, Kristy manages the company's advertising campaign and Andrew both supervises the kitchen staff and prepares the fine breakfast, lunch and dinner fare offered.

The "creations" within the kitchen are the most important part of Creative Catering. All dishes are house made with recipes gleaned from the Huszars' years in the food industry and the ownership of two previous well known restaurants. "All food is made with the freshest ingredients and prepared with a commitment and passion to be extraordinary" says Andrew.
