What:	Join us for fun nutrition classes and our weight loss challenge. Local participants are learning valuable tips in making small changes for BIG results. This 12 week nutrition class is designed to fight obesity by educating people about a better overall lifestyle. Participants will weigh in each week and the top 3 losers with the highest percentage of pounds lost at the end of the course will win the prize. Some top winners have won $599 (dependent on number of participants). The cost to participate in the weight loss challenge is $29. All the money goes into the prize money pot.
