PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL -- St. Mark's Episcopal Church and School in Palm Beach Gardens signed a contract with Kaufman Lynn Inc., General Contractors for Pre-Construction Services for its Church and School expansion and renovation . The phased project includes: a new gym and youth center, a new multi-purpose auditorium with lunchroom and stage for performances, a new office, and new classrooms. Along with Kaufman Lynn, St. Mark's is working with Schwab, Twitty, Hanser (STH) Architectural Group, who specializes in master planning and architectural services for churches and schools, to continue the design phase for submission of the drawings to the building department of the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

"The leadership teams in the church and school are working together to meet the demands of the growing needs of our community," said Head of School Kay Carnes. "After recently completing our new master plan, we needed to select an experienced Construction Manager at Risk who could lead us through the construction process and build our multi-phased project over the next few years. This will enable us to further our mission of providing an academically enriched program in a nurturing Christian environment for years to come."
