I am a former teacher and high school administrator who is now a writer. When I'm not busy writing grants, articles, or working on my next book, I do a lot of volunteer work in the community.

I have written two books, one which just came out called "The Missing Heart: Chronicles of an Educator". It has to do with my experience in an educational system under No Child Left Behind and the challenges that went along with that. Proceeds from the sale of this book go into my campaign treasury account for my upcoming campaign for the school board.
