Job 3:25
What I always feared has happened to me.
Bad things happened to Job...they happen to everybody. But perhaps worse than the bad things themselves, is the
fear
of bad things. Job's misfortunes struck him in one day...the fear that preceded them lasted for years. The answer is not "Don't worry because bad things won't happen to you." The answer is "Don't worry, live for God, because when bad things
do
happen to you God will help you through just as He always has." Jesus said "
Do not worry...seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
I pray that today you will live fearlessly. Please pray that for me.
