Paul expressed great confidence in his fellow Christians at the Corinthian Church. This in spite of the fact that, of all the churches to which he wrote, Corinth was the most divided, worldly, and contentious. What kind of potential do we see when we look at the people we lead and with whom we work? What do we see when we look at our children, wives, employees/co-workers, and fellow church-members? Do we see a giant "L" on their foreheads ("Loser") or a giant "W" (Winner)? What we see is what we get.
