Jeremiah 6:16
This is what the Lord says: "Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it. Travel its path, and you will find rest for your souls. But you reply, 'No, that's not the road we want!'"
You and I will come to a crossroads today. We're going to be faced with a decision (maybe already have). We're going to have to choose between that which is right and that which is easy, between that which is true and that which is convenient, between that which pleases God and that which satisfies some craving in our carnal nature. There is only one way that leads to
rest for the soul...it's
"the old, godly way".
I pray that today, you will walk in it. Please pray that for me.
