As the sounds of the ocean waves alter the wave patterns of the brain creating a calming soothing effect on the body and mind . As you begin to do the gentle movements of the ancient healing art of Qi-gong to massage and detox the internal organs as you breathe deep of the sea air, rich with minerals and charged with health enhancing negative ions you begin to release the stressors of the day .
As you continue usingthe harmonious movementsof this 8000 year old healing art the relaxation response is engaged asyour neurotransmitter profile is changed as you shift away from your stress induced side of your nervous system .
The blood and inter-cellular fluids are oxygenated and alkalized rather than carbonated and acidified. The endocrine system is balanced rather than excessively flooded with adrenaline , this enhances white blood cell production by stimulating the marrow and increases their phagocytic activity. Blood tests on practitioners show an increase in the production of T-cells, which are vital in immune response.
As you close out your evening practice there is a increase in salivary stimulation and of digestive fluids in the stomach and intestines including two powerful digestive enzymes pepsin and lysozymes; an enzyme with potent anti-bacterial properties , balancing the PH balance of digeative fluids which aid in proper digestion and assililation of nutrients you look forward to good dinner and further relaxation as you end the day with the healing balm of deep sleep.
