Supported Employment offers each prospective employer that hires one of our referred individuals, the following: * No fee to employer * Thoroughly screened applicants * Employees' abilities matched to job requirements * On-site job training by professionals * Additional training, as necessary, for duration of employment * Follow up support services for duration of employment * Information and assitance in enrollment in the WORK OPPORTUNITY TAX CREDIT * Information about local business possibly freatured in local publications. 2) We are accepting OUTSOURCED, CONTRACT WORK from local businesses that require labor intensive jobs be completed in a cost efficient manner.
