Calling all recyclers!! The Indian River County Main Library has gone GREEN. Starting December 3, we will be meeting on Wednesdays to craft amazing new bags, purses, baskets, computer carries, mat minders and surprise items completely out of recycled plastic bags. If you have ever wanted to create beautiful crafts, this is one easy way to learn a new art form and save the earth.

Teachers Jean Grider and Helen Nugent will show you how to go "From Bags to Riches" on Wednesday afternoons at 1:30pm. You will have the one and only one-of-a-kind unique item.

Classes are free, open to all and last as long as we are having fun.Students will need to provide their own materials. We are very lucky to have Jean, the busiest grandma in town, who loves working with people, show us how to help our planet and create riches out of bags.
